How to Order

IMPORTANT: Please read first - before entering products in your Cart.

Visitors Shopping Cart
Every visitor to this website will be given a 'Visitors Cart'. This allows the visitor to store their products in a temporary shopping cart. Once the visitor leaves the online shop, so will the contents of their shopping cart. If a visitor comes back later the Shopping Cart will be empty.  So it is best to 'log In 'and get a Registered Users Cart before entering products into the Cart.

Registered User Shopping Cart
Visitors that  log in are given a 'Registered User Cart '. This allows the user to add products to their shopping cart, and come back at a later date to finalize their checkout. All products remain in their shopping cart until the member has checked them out, or removed the products themselves. But if you do come back to this website at a later date please do not forget to Log back in otherwise your cart will appear to be empty! 

To place an order please follow these steps:-

STEP 1 - Set the Currency you want to buy with (top of  left hand side panel - default is US Dollars )

We accept;  US Dollars (USD),  Pounds Sterling (GBP) ,  Canadian Dollars (CAD), Australian Dollars (AUD) and ,  Euro (EUR) 

STEP 2  - View our silver jewelry products (if images appear too light or too dark then adjust your monitor settings  accordingly)   ORDER  or ADD TO  CART the items you want to purchase         

STEP 3  - When you have made all your silver jewellery selections, click SHOPPING CART

STEP 4 -  In the SHOPPING CART you can check your order, change the quantity, delete or keep items as you require. (If you do change quantity or delete  items click Update Cart)

STEP 5 - When you are ready to proceed and confirm your order , click CHECK OUT

STEP 6 - This will take you to the Sign In page .

New customers should  REGISTER and complete the registration page, then click CONTINUE.

Existing customers should SIGN IN 

STEP 7 - You will then be taken to the  Delivery Information page  Please choose  what 

              Shipping Method you require then click CONTINUE

STEP 8 -  Next is the Check Out Confirmation  page. Please choose which Payment

               Method you want to use then Click CONFIRM ORDER ( do not send  payment until Step 9 ),

STEP 9 - Then within a few hours  - or next working day if your order is received after  

              our business hours - we will check stocks and send you an email to confirm  

              your order with a firm shipment date. (usually next working day after receipt of payment)   

                 This  email will contain  a  blue hyperlink   to your  Detailed Invoice.  Click on that hyperlink.. 

If you have chosen to make payment for your order of silver jewellery by bank transfer (in Step 8) then your Detailed Invoice will contain the details of our bank account in Hong Kong  so that you can make the payment.

If you have chosen to pay by Credit Card  (in Step 8) then your Detailed Invoice will contain a PAYPAL button. Click on this button. If you already have an account with Paypal then follow the on screen instruction.  But if you do not already have an account with Paypal you can create one in just a few clicks by following the link called “Sign up for a PayPal account and continue checkout”

We will keep your order open for 3 working days while you arrange payment.  If we do not receive your payment  confirmation or payment advice within 3 working days we reserve the right to return your order to stock for possible sale to other customers.

STEP 10   - When we receive payment we will then send you the goods as per the confirmed shipment date and we will promptly email you copies of the tracking number, AWB and other shipping documents.
