Prices
All prices on this website are quoted on an FOB basis. FOB means “Free on Board” . The FOB price excludes the cost of international shipping but includes packaging and delivery to our local EMS post office centre or our local UPS office.. All international delivery costs are extra and they will be added in the Shopping Cart, according to your preferred shipping method, when you place an order.

Shipping
We offer shipping via UPS, EMS and registered airmail post. For a shipping price guide please see the Shipping page. Note: UPS shipping prices can change without notice due to “fuel surcharges”
You can choose the shipping method during the ordering process in the shopping cart. These costs will then be automatically added to your order. We will usually ship next working day after receipt of payment.
Insurance
The cost of insurance is included in all prices but certain conditions apply.
For shipment via Registered Airmail – This shipment method is only suitable for small orders up to US $ 200.00 as orders are only insured for the first US $200.00.
For Example: If your order is for US $300.00 and the airmail parcel is lost then you will only receive compensation for US $200.00 NOT for US $300.00.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse to deliver to certain countries by registered airmail.
For shipment via EMS – This shipment method is suitable for medium value orders up to US $500.00 and orders are only insured for the first US $500.00.
For Example: If your order is for US $800.00 and the EMS parcel is lost then you will only receive compensation for US $500.00 NOT for US $800.00.
For Shipment via UPS – all orders are fully insured whatever the value.
Insurance Terms -the small print:
1) Insurance compensation will only be made after exhaustive enquiries with the Post Office, EMS or UPS to ensure that the parcel has been lost. This process can take up to 90 day with the Post Office and EMS and 30 days with UPS.
2) We reserve the right to either offer insurance compensation in the form of a full cash refund or to simply replace and re-ship the goods that were lost as per the original lost order.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods :-
1) Bank Transfer to our bank in Hong Kong; We can accept the following 9 currencies; US Dollars (USD) , Pounds Sterling (GBP) , Canadian Dollars (CAD), Australian Dollars (AUD), Japanese Yen (YPY), New Zealand Dollars (NZD), Euro (EUR) , Singapore Dollar (SGD) , Swiss Franc (CHF)
Note: We ask buyers to pay ALL bank charges including those charged by our receiving bank on all orders under US$ 500 or equivalent currency.
2) Credit and Debit Cards: Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard and American Express via the Paypal* system.

Note: After you place an order with us and we confirm the order and email you an invoice -we will keep your order open for 3 working days while you arrange payment. If we do not receive your payment confirmation or payment advice within 3 working days we reserve the right to return your order to stock for possible sale to other customers (for more details How to Order page)
Discounts
We are curently offering a 25% discount on orders over US$300 while stock last. This discount will be calculated in your shopping cart when you check out.
Note: The discount is only applicable to single orders over $300 - the discount cannot be applied to multiple orders of less than $300 that add up to more than $300 over a period of time ..
Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for all import duties assessed against their goods in the destination country. See the Importing Jewellery page for more details about import duty rates in countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, EU etc.
Document
A full set of documents (eg: Invoice, Packing List, Air Way Bill and any other required documents) will be provide with all shipments.
Returns
If a buyer is not satisfied with any ordered products they may return them to us in their original condition within 10 days from the delivery date. Upon receipt of any returned item(s) we will then issue a full credit of the FOB price for each returned item(s) Buyers must firstly contact us for the shipping and documentation details before returning goods. We reserve the right to request returns are made to either the Far East or to an address in the European Union or in the USA if that is where you are based .
